“Our ultimate mission is to conserve our natural habitat and this guides everything that we do. Our future is inextricably linked with the health of our environment” – Charles Carlow, Founder
2019 marks the 10-year celebration of conservation at Arkaba. They have created a safe haven for 5,138,150 native animals and counting. Motivated by their achievements, they have an up and coming conservation plan for the future, Arkaba continues to make a great impact on environmental and animal conservation.

The chef uses foraged bush tomatoes, piquant quandongs, native pears and acacia pods to create upscale bush tucker which will delight your tastebuds. Keeping up with the local charm, the open bar serves exclusively South Australian wines and beers, mainly from the nearby Barossa and Clare Valleys.
Arkaba has adopted a ‘buy local’ principle and the head chef uses the very best of South Australia’s produce to craft the food program with a few native elements to add a unique intrigue and interest.
The menu may include mouth-watering dishes such as: Twice cooked Berkshire pork belly served on port wine braised radicchio, apple Perry puree and glazed muntries (native cranberries); pan-fried scallops served with pea puree, champagne sabayon, Yarra valley caviar and Barossa valley prosciutto; or butternut pumpkin and goats cherve tortellini served with a walnut Beurre noisette and crisp sage.
